At a Glance

There are no more fixed cohorts for the program and the duration is now six months instead of three. The funding amount is a maximum of USD 38500 for a fixed equity that will be decided by us before we give you the offer. Startups will be required to co-locate with us for one week every month until the end of the program; rest of the time they can work from their own location if they wish to.

Story So Far…

Spark10 Accelerator program started in 2016. Until May 2017, we had two cohorts with a limited number of companies in each cohort.
The first cohort had nine startups of which five raised the next round of funding with an average raise of USD 80,000. You can see and read more about them here .

The second cohort started in Feb 2017 and will end in May 2017. The companies in this cohort are more advanced in terms of, either, their growth or the type of product they are creating. We limited this cohort to four startups and you can read about these four companies here.


In-program Mentoring

The companies that are a part of the program get extensive coaching from Spark10 members and mentors in our community. Our mentors come from different industries, functions, and geographies to provide all sorts of guidance to the company founders and team.

In-program Training
We also conduct multiple training programs, workshops and talks for the companies that are a part of the program. The subjects and topics of these are decided based on the individual needs of each batch of companies.

One-week Intensive
As a part of the new program, each company has to co-locate with Spark10 for a week every month during the program. In this week, intensive brainstorming, counseling, mentoring and training are conducted to give enough food for- thought or points-of- action to the team to mull on or carry out in the coming three weeks.

Founders of one company can get a chance to discuss and work with other companies to build their ideas or validate their products. Round-tables are a great source of information exchange and a platform to create partnerships and customers with other startups.


Funding provided: Up to USD 38500

Investor Meets and Mixers
During the six months of the program, our aim is to introduce each startup to as many investors as possible with the intention to strike a deal for the next round of funding. Startups have to be ready to have these discussions and for which we start the practice early on.

Demo Day
We have officially discontinued Demo Day after seeing that these are not at all effective. The stress that startup founders face on the day is not productive to the fund-raising process. We believe that creating and nurturing that relationship over months during the program is more effective than pitching to investors in one short evening.


As a fund aiming to invest in as many deserving companies as possible, we also strongly consider funding the companies ourselves at the end of the six months. We may consider leading or participating in funding rounds that the startups initiate themselves (or through us).
